Please make sure you have a firm commitment from your players / parents for fall league. This seems to be the biggest problem we have with fall teams.

10-UNDER TEAMS:

12-UNDER TEAMS:

* Each team supply 1 NEW ball & 1 playable ball to start each game.
* COIN FLIP for official “Home” team each game.
* Teams may, when needed, borrow players from other teams with coaches permission.
* Teams can start/play with 8 players – 9 hole automatic out.
* ALL players must be in a baseball uniform – no shorts / jeans, etc.

YOUTH FALL LEAGUE

O'brien youth fall league is offered to ages T-ball thru 12yr. old. In fall league you play up into the age group you are going to be in in the coming spring season. Youth league games are played on sundays only. Rain outs may have to be played on some saturdays. We realize that some kids are playing other sports in the fall and will try to work around that as best possible.

HIGH SCHOOL FALL LEAGUE:

13YR & 14YR. OLD:
O'brien High School Fall League is offered to ages 14yr. thru high school age groups. The 14yr. age group will play on the high school fields at 60'/90. The 13yr. old teams will play regular 54'/80'. We will try to divide these 2 age groups if possible. This is a great opportunity to get the 14yr. old age group out of "little league" ball and start getting them ready for high school. Past seasons have shown these kids adapt rather quickly to the 60'/90' distance and are glad they went into it after all is said and done. We also try to keep this age group on sundays only with saturdays as rain out days.
HIGH SCHOOL :
High school age groups play saturday and sundays. Teams play 1 game a weekend for regularly scheduled games. 8 game schedule. This is a "wood bat" league for fall. With this age group there seems to be several who also are playing football. We try as best we can to schedule around football film review usually held on saturday mornings. We also usually have some teams who may drive a good distance and will try to schedule these teams later in the day. The schedule will limit us as to how many teams we can schedule around.

2010 FALL SCHEDULE - T.B.A.

*Teams may "bat the bench" but batting order must stay the same throughout game. Late arrivals placed on bottom of line up. Injured or removed players are an automatic out.

*Free substitution in the field.

*Any player, coach, fan ejected from a game are out the next 2 games as well.

*"Flip" for official home team. First come, first serve on dugouts.

*Home book is "official" book-both teams should keep a book.

*TIE GAMES - Not played out.

*NO GAMES - Labor Day weekend
